Kristian is a 25-year veteran in the real estate industry and is also affiliated as a broker-associate for both EXP
Realty of California and CRS Commercial. His extensive experience as a real estate broker has allowed
him to broker multiple transactions for land, residential SFRs, multi-unit income properties, commercial
centers, warehouse industrial, and business opportunities.

Recently, Kristian obtained his NMLS license in order to further serve his clientele and investment network,
taking on the role of a Home Loan Strategist. His goal is to help better serve his clients financially through
custom home loan solutions to help them manage their financial mortgage needs effectively and prosperously.

Kristian loves to give back to his community, which is an important core value he instills into his family. He is
married to his high school sweetheart and has 3 children and 1 grandchild. He is an advocate for homeowner
preservation and has started two non-profit corporations that help people through struggles and financial hardships.
